Course Description
This online training course is for food handlers who work within food packaging areas of warehousing & distribution facilities.
This is a self-paced online course, giving you the flexibility to study at a time and pace that suits you. You can log in and out as often as needed – your progress will be saved automatically. You will have 30 days to complete your course.

- How are food laws applicable to food packaging?
- Identifying and controlling hazards to prevent contamination
- Importance of washing hands
- Managing hygiene, cleaning, and pest control
- The safe storage, receipt & deliveries of food packaging
- What to do in the event of a food packaging recall
